Extensive full Interior and exterior renovation with new attached music studio addition. As you can see from the images before the remodeling, at the end of the gallery, this house looked extremely pokey before the renovation. The original late 70's layout and construction was poorly done, but I almost immediately felt a great potential for an in depth reconfiguration that could completely change the property. Ownership asked me to rethink the pool deck in a "resort like" atmosphere, where family can relax, but where they can also host friends for outdoor parties. BBQ and covered outdoor bar were also added adjacent to the pool. The new volume addition with entrance from the porch, is a Music studio for recordings and rehearsal. The two distinctive asymmetric porthole windows, allow natural lights as well as the water's reflection from the pool to enter the space, setting a peaceful, creative interior work environment. The Studio itself is 325 sqf and include also a full bathroom with shower, accessible directly from the pool deck on the back. The new pool deck floor is in two tones high-end wood look porcelain tiles (anti slippery R14). The darker tone tiles, were installed forming circles shapes, resembling the porthole windows of the music studio, to add contrast personality and depth to the pool area.
